Freda is a great preceptor and pharmacist! She was very professional and offered so much knowledge and help to me while I worked with her. Whenever a learning opportunity for pharmacist-related tasks came up, such as final verification, she didn’t just tell me how to do it but observed and gave me feedback afterwards.
She did the same for medication questions by having me look up the answer instead of just telling me outright. This helped solidify my learning experience and truly made me feel like I retained the information.
